West Indies trail by 224 runs at the end of day three in the second Test against Australia in Antingua.

The hosts reached 255-4 off 71 overs, in reply to Australia's 479-7 declared, on a day where the start was delayed because of rain.

Skipper Ramnaresh Sarwan made 65 while veteran batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul was unbeaten on 55 when stumps were called.

The Aussie seamers seemed to struggle to pick wickets as only Mitchell Johsnon was successful while the remaining three wickets went to spinners.

Left arm part time spinner Michael Clarke took two wickets while leg-spinner Stuart MacGill claimed Sarwan's wicket.
