The 38-year-old, who ended his career in the baggy green after taking 708 wickets in Tests and 293 in one-day internationals, has been linked with a comeback for Australia but insists he is currently content with life.
"I am very happy with retirement," said Warne, who has led the Rajasthan Royals to the Indian Premier League final as player-coach.
"I am happy playing the IPL for six weeks of the year which gives me about 18 months to spend with my kids and other interests.
"Business off the field is also going fantastic and life is pretty good at the moment."
